Match Info

Please be aware that TCGC has a strict “no muzzle over the berm” rule. Violation of this rule results in immediate match disqualification.

We do not use official Steel Challenge rules. We require every firearm to have the primary safety engaged for the start signal of each string. Please see all ORSS Safety Rules

* Some calibers, although allowed by TCGC for use in the action range, are not allowed at the TCGC speed steel match. Velocity and energy are key considerations, as some calibers create excessive wear on our targets and equipment. Please contact us if you’re considering a caliber other than .22, 9mm, .38, .40, or .45.

** Lever action and pump action carbines are not appropriate for this match due to time/reloading requirements.
